• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the "Cash Out" feature is available.
• BabuPlay reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or the publication of incorrect odds.
• If match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected, BabuPlay may void the relevant bets.
• Odds in live betting may change due to delays — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet stake will be returned to your account.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of "1.00".

• If multiple accounts are opened to claim bonuses, or the system is manipulated in any other way, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• BabuPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BabuPlay. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to fulfil bonus requirements through strategic manipulation.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to BabuPlay's systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

BabuPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial transactions.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• At the user's request for self-exclusion.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact support. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts that still hold a balance.
